Colleen and Eric had a beautiful Belmont Manor wedding in Elkridge, Maryland on a sunny fall day with lots of little DIY wedding touches that wouldn’t have been possible without family and friends helping along the way. They couldn’t have had a more perfect wedding day.
When I last saw Colleen and Eric we were roaming Baltimore for their Federal Hill engagement session earlier in the year. We were fast friends with lots of talk of zombies. I knew that their wedding day was going to be a blast, and I couldn’t wait to spend some time with them again.
They chose to use the cottage on the estate to dress and ready themselves for the big day. Girls upstairs and boys downstairs, which made it super easy to photograph them both and convenient for their first touch.
Colleen’s laugh is infectious. All of the gorgeous bouquets and boutonnieres were put together by Colleen’s aunt. I don’t think they wanted to let go. 🙂Colleen also wanted to have a first look with her dad.And of course he needed a picture of his beautiful daughter to capture the moment. I totally get it. 🙂Eric’s father wanted to say a few words and pray before the ceremony got started, and you could just hear his heart in the words. They used some old doors to showcase their some of their engagements photos along with old family pictures, and some fun Baltimore trivia.Natty Boh cornhole!!Homemade cookies for wedding favors….yes please!Natty Boh and the Utz girl get married!Reception Venue: Belmont Manor
